As the hurried pace of new cruise ship announcements and launches continues, Princess Cruises has announced the name of their 5th Royal Class cruise ship set to launch in June 2020. The new vessel, which follows the four other Royal class ships; Royal Princess, Regal Princess, Majestic Princess and Sky Princess (joining the feet in October 2019) will be named Enchanted Princess. Princess Cruises to Build Two NextGen LNG Cruise Ships

Princess Cruises has ordered two ships with Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri S.p.A., on a next-generation platform that will be dual-fuel powered — primarily by Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), the marine industry’s most environmentally friendly advanced fuel technology and the world’s cleanest burning fossil fuel. The announcement follows a growing list of cruise lines planning new cruise ships powered by LNG. Next Princess Cruises Ship to Be Named Sky Princess

Princess Cruises announced that the name for their next Royal-Class cruise ship will be Sky Princess. Currently under construction at the Fincantieri shipyard in Montfalcone, Italy, Sky Princess will join sister ships Royal Princess, Regal Princess and Majestic Princess.
